Earn Your Coffee, Tea, Soda, and/or Juice

To help keep hydrated, before you drink that cup of coffee or can of soda, make yourself drink a glass of cold water. This not only helps increase your water intake, but also combats the dehydrating properties of the caffeine in coffee, and most teas and sodas. In addition, drinking a glass of water might help you drink less coffee, tea, soda, juice or whatever it is you prefer to sip on!
