In order to achieve results, first and foremost you must be determined, focused, dedicated, and positive! My role is to help individuals thru the process of first believing in themselves and second, administrating the program and support using my Exercise Science education, in order to reach the desired goal. I train all body types and ages including youth, men, women, during pregnancy, post pregnancy, and seniors. Working specifically with each client, I design a personalized workout program and nutrition regimen that will meet your abilities, gender, age, and ambitions! I believe exercise does not have to be boring and monotonous in order for it to be challenging; I strive to create a fun workout program filled with variety so that the body is constantly surprised and does not adapt to the given demands. This is where change can remain constant. My workouts take place in the gym, homes, outside on Ocean Avenue, the Santa Monica stairs, the Manhattan Beach sand dunes, or anywhere where I can challenge the client and make it interesting! Through hard work, accountability, and working as a team, nothing is impossible!
